We bring in a seasoned sales leader that can be an extension of your team for four to six months to get all this in place for you.
GTM Audit
This is a full audit on the marketing and sales process to understand what it working and what needs some adjustment. The main deliverable is a full write up of all the systems and recommendations on how to move forward after a two to three month period working togehter.
GTM Assessment
This is meant to be a lightweight marketing and sales audit that is performed more through phone calls and coaching sessions. The idea is for this to be flexible in nature and can be a set number of calls or more ad hoc over a period of time to guide you to your early successes.

Sales ops is one of the most vital components of a growing sales organization. Understanding how leads are being funneled in the pipeline to how the CRM is working for you can provide metrics that help you scale over time and make the right decisions long term.
